2. When is payment due?
Full payment due November 1st, or split into monthly installments on a payment plan.
3. Do I still pay the full contract if it barely snows?
Yes. A seasonal contract covers the entire winter regardless of snowfall — you’re paying for guaranteed service and crew readiness all season long, not per snowfall. When it does snow, we’re already mobilized and at your property.
4. Are there extra charges for heavy snowfalls?
No. Your seasonal rate covers the whole winter including major storms.
